Event Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Provide customers with accurate and reliable information using given tools and training
Foster brand recognition through local retail events with Event Sales Associate team members
Maintain high compliance levels for our clients and personal brand by maintaining high levels of professionalism throughout customer interactions and sale process
Greet customers and efficiently answer any specific questions they might have pertaining to products and services
Analyze customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions
Be at the forefront of customer-facing interactions including but not limited to: acquisition, retention, and increased sales by cultivating an outstanding customer experience
Develop comprehensive knowledge of all client’s products, services, deals or sales promotions to ensure the customer is well informed
Event Sales Associate Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Have reliable transportation as this is an on-site role
High school diploma or GED is strongly preferred
Experience in previous event sales, customer service, retail, or sales positions are preferred
Self-starter with the ability to shine individually as well as team projects
Friendly, outgoing, professional and confident demeanor
Ambitious, eager, and enthusiastic to take on new challenges
Master problem solver and solution oriented in tough situations
Team player with a desire to collaborate with others
